You are required to login into UKG to select your benefits. If you do not login to elect your benefits, you will only be enrolled in employer paid Life & Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability.
You will receive an email once the UKG site is open with instructions to login or register if you are a first time user. Once logged in, you will be able to elect or waive benefits, add dependents, add address and contact information, and access supporting documentation regarding your benefits.
